Please note that for a new Area Business Partner, Annual Bones Qualifications would be pro-rata of the Calender months worked.

Investment Required:

You will make an advance payment of amount as per the category under which you want to work by Demand Draft or Account payee Cheque in favor of Pharmax(India) Private Limited payable at par in Mumbai (India).
Goods worth the amount paid plus Free Goods shall be dispatched as per your instructions.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1.	Frieght	FOR Stockiest. Freight will be paid by Stockiest/ABP and will be deducted from the invoice.
2.	Billing	Billing will be done at Trade Prices. ABP and Stockiest Margins will be deducted from invoice. Free goods will not be billed.
3.	Terms of Payment	All Invoices shall be presented through Bank (except first invoice) and the same shall be retired immediately. Interest @ of 21% shall be charged from the 16th day of presentation. If bills are retired within 7 days of presentation 1% Cash Discount will be allowed.
4.	Cash Discount	Cash Discount of 2% is deductible, in case of Advance Draft.
5.	Breakage	We take proper care to pack the goods, so as to prevent breakage during transit. In case there is any breakage in consignment you shall claim from the transporter or under our Insurance Policy. Company will not entertain any breakage/Shortage claims.
6.	Expiry	Goods will be supplied only against order slips duly authorized by ABP/Stockiest. And hence no Expiry will be taken back.
7.	Rights	The company reserves the rights to change, modify, alter, drop or add any other condition or terms of appointment. Company also reserves the right to appoint any other person or company in the Area alloted for other products and services than being offered by the exisiting ABP in the Area.
8.	Jurisdiction	Any dispute arising out to be settled amicably as per Trade Practice or by arbitration. Matters to be dealt in mumbai (India) Courts only.
9.	Period and Termination	The appointment will be initially for a period of one year. It will be automatically renewed for periods of one year, if not terminated. Either party giving 60 days notice and settling the account during the Notice Period can terminate the Arrangements.
